We utilize a powerful 1200psi/280 degree truck mounted extraction system to emulsify and extract years of dirt, grime, mold, embedded cleaning agents and contaminates from your tile and deep within the pores of your grout.

Inspection
We first inspect your tile and grout to determine the best cleaning method possible.
Pre Treatment
We apply the cleaning solution to your tile and grout and allow it to soak for approximately 15 minutes.
This pre-treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants, and prepares the surface for our cleaning process. The cleaning solution does not produce any harmful fumes, and ordinary ventilation removes the mild scent within minutes of completion of the job.
Turbo Force Cleaning
Next our truck mounted cleaning process power washes the floor to emulsify and extract years of dirt, soil, grease and contaminates from deep within the pores of your tile and grout.
Our cleaning system generates water pressure of up to 1,200 P.S.I. and 280 degree steam to emulsify and extract years of dirt and contaminates and also effectively sanitizes your tile and grout. The tile cleaning tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose, which sucks the cleaning disk to the floor, and confines the steam inside a 16-inch disk.
There is virtually no splash or over spray to worry about. All remaining cleaning agents are thoroughly rinsed and extracted away to make sure there is no left over cleaning residue on your tile and grout. You will find that our process restores your tile & grout to 85 to 90 percent of its original appearance. Some stains, (red wine, mustard, dyes, etc.) may not come out because they dye the grout, but the combination of our cleaning products, heat, water pressure, and suction removes most stains.
